This Outer Door Seal is made to fit along the outer aperture of the left- or right-hand rear door, replacing aged original seals that have hardened, split, flattened or shrunk over time. By creating a cushioned seal between the door and body, it helps minimise wind whistle, panel vibration, dust and water ingress that can contribute to interior moisture and floor-pan corrosion.

• Fits Either Rear Door: Features a reversible design, allowing the same seal to be used on the left-hand or right-hand rear door frame aperture of compatible models.
• Secure Pinchweld Installation: The rigid PVC U-shaped pinchweld base slides directly over the vehicle’s sheet-metal flange, designed to be bonded directly into the inner door-aperture channel. Suitable automotive weatherstrip contact adhesive is required for installation and is sold separately.
  
• Weather-Resistant Sealing Bulb: Incorporates a soft, hollow EPDM sponge rubber bulb that compresses smoothly when the door closes, helping form an effective barrier against rain, road dust and draughts.
• Co-Extruded Original-Style Construction: Combines a durable PVC mounting channel with a flexible EPDM sealing section, providing the structure required for fitment with the cushioning needed for reliable door closure and sealing performance.
