Installation Guide
  1. Plan Your Layout:
    Lay out the sheets first to visualise coverage.
    Aim to cover 70–80% of flat, single-skin metal panels for effective dampening.
    Create templates where needed and avoid mounts or structural elements.

  2. Clean The Surface:
    Use white-based spirit and a clean cloth (avoid turpentine).
    Ensure surfaces are completely dry before application.

  3. Cut To Fit:
    Trim sheets to suit your layout, leaving access to important service areas.
    Sheets can be applied edge-to-edge or with slight overlap.

  4. Apply And Roll:
    Peel back one end and apply gradually, pressing firmly as you go.
    Feed the material into contours — do not stretch it over dips.
    Use a roller to apply firm, even pressure, especially in recessed areas.

  5. Final Check:
    Re-roll any bubbles or lifting edges.
    Apply additional sheets in high-vibration areas if required.

Installation Tips
Do not apply over complex structures such as top hats, cross-members or mounting points.
For best adhesion, install in a warm environment to ensure proper bonding.
