The KBS Motorcycle Fuel Tank Sealer Kit includes the cleaning, preparation and sealing products required to help stop internal rust and corrosion while creating a durable, fuel-resistant lining. Following the KBS fuel tank sealing process, this complete kit provides the products needed to clean, etch and seal the inside of tanks.

- Complete Fuel Tank Treatment System: Combines KBS AquaKlean heavy-duty water-based cleaner/degreaser, KBS RustBlast rust remover and metal etch, and KBS Gold Standard Fuel Tank Sealer for a thorough preparation and sealing process.
- Tough, Permanent Internal Coating: KBS Gold Standard Fuel Tank Sealer forms a silver metallic coating that helps eliminate further rust and corrosion while permanently sealing small pinholes and weld seams.
- Fuel And Solvent Resistant: Formulated and tested for Australian fuels, the cured coating is resistant to standard fuels, E10 ethanol-blended fuel and most solvents. It is not recommended for E85 or race fuels.
- Flexible And Safe Formula: The single-component, ready-to-use sealer remains flexible to accommodate normal tank expansion and contraction. It is non-flammable and environmentally safe.
- Helps Reduce Flash Rust: KBS AquaKlean and KBS RustBlast use Oxygen-Block Technology to help reduce flash-rust occurrence and extend rust-free storage time, leaving a temporary protective coating in addition to a zinc phosphate film.
